Capturing Confidence: Kim’s Business and Personal Portrait Session

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Kim for a mix of business headshots and personal portraits. Kim wanted professional images for her business, but she also wanted beautiful portraits to share with her husband and family. It was such a thoughtful idea and a perfect way to celebrate herself.

Kim had her hair styled at a local salon and her makeup professionally done by Rachel, my talented makeup artist.

Her first look was for her corporate headshots. She wore a dark suit jacket, and because her warm-toned hair and skin pair beautifully with earthy tones, we photographed her on my warm brown-gray background. The results were sophisticated, confident, and perfect for her professional image.

Next, Kim changed into a gorgeous blue blouse for personal portraits on the same truffle background. These images highlighted her feminine side and are perfect for keepsakes or gifts. We then moved to a white backdrop with my white couch for a more casual, professional look. Kim wore a bright teal top, creating approachable and polished images that work well for social media, business profiles, and family photos.

Finally, Kim wore a soft cream blouse for some feminine portraits. These gift-worthy images truly celebrate her delicate beauty and sweet personality.
