Studio Update

As my planned sabbatical year comes to a close, I wanted to share a quick update.

Some of you know that in June, I became unexpectedly ill and spent a week in the hospital. While my condition is not life-threatening, and for that I am incredibly grateful, the recovery process has been much longer than I anticipated. My condition is life-changing for the unknown future.

The past several months have been focused almost entirely healing. The medications I am on have brought their own challenges, including weight gain and changes to my body and energy levels. Rest has been a non-negotiable part of recovery, which means exercise and business have had to remain on pause for now.

Because of this, I will not be reopening the studio yet.

This was not an easy decision, but it was the only one. Healing takes time, and I am choosing to listen to my body and give myself the time needed to recover fully. The good news is that I am slowly getting better, and I remain hopeful as I continue this journey.

If you would like to stay connected and receive updates as things evolve, I invite you to subscribe to my newsletter. That will be the best place to hear from me when I am ready to share next steps.

Thank you for your continued kindness, patience, and support. It truly means more than I can say.
