Posing Practice

If you've read my previous blog posts from this winter you will see that I've been taking a women's portraiture class.  Because we are on spring break from school this week Hannah had some time to help me practice some of the new posing techniques that I've been learning.  I really love the new poses and can't wait to use them with my teen and grad photo sessions.  

I don't do a lot of in studio sessions, but I want to do more of them in the future, especially during those long winter months.  So,  I recently painted a couple of new backdrops and got a chance to try them out this week too.  These backdrops are very neutral, and give a really clean, contemporary look which makes gorgeous women's portraits.  Check them out and tell me what you think!
